It is my privilege to be part of a truly exceptional team of property management professionals. We operate in a very exciting, ever-changing industry. However, like most sectors, property management is still dominated by conservative thinking, comfortable salaries and legacy practises.
We strive to respond by retaining the tried and tested rules whilst innovating everything else. It is our passion to travel to, get to know and build bespoke solutions for private individuals or families and their professional advisors, wherever they may be in the world.
In my experience, no two clients sound, think or feel the same as each other. Indeed, contrary to popular belief, whilst many clients investment objectives’ can be similar e.g. equity growth or rental income, very few people share the same precise tolerances to risk. In our view, “one size fits all” solutions end up fitting nobody for very long! So, now you have a flavour of our ethos, what are the specifics that I think place our company in the vanguard of its global peer group?
We strictly limit the number of clients managed by each of our teams. There is a direct correlation between the amount of time we spend with our clients, the depth of knowledge we have about them and our ability to exceed their expectations.
Nothing can replace experience and consistency. Within our team and sparing any individual blushes, we can draw upon business and investing experience dating back to the late 1960’s. Every member of our team has a voice and the same sized desk. This lack of bureaucracy has contributed to 100% staff retention since our incorporation.
Perhaps it is those people independent of us that are the best judge of our service and performance. We are extremely honoured to have forged strong relationships with representatives of a number of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions.
